CEO - Chief Executive Officer
Shahneel has deep experience of investment banking, project finance, development economics and infrastructure advisory of over 15 years during which time he worked with the World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank, SAMBA Financial Group and PPP Unit Sindh. He has worked on land mark transactions including the first road PPP in Pakistan, the first provincial energy PPP, the first annuity based road PPP in Pakistan, cross border M&A and the largest commercial financing in Pakistan. He has also authored/drafted papers, regulations, articles and policy documents on infrastructure financing, financial modelling, economic policy and Islamic financing. He has a HBA in Economic Management & Development from University of Toronto and an MBA in Strategic Finance from Edinburgh Business School (UK). He is also a CFA charter-holder from CFA Institute, USA and is a Certified P3 Practitioner by APMG International.


CRO - Chief Risk Officer
Ali has nearly eight years of direct experience in infrastructure finance at the PPP Unit, Government of Sindh. Ali has experience in structuring and executing infrastructure projects as well as management and service contracts. Ali has had previous experience in equity markets research dealing with institutional, high net worth and international clients. He was also a fund manager and managed funds of AUM over PKR 100 million and also worked in corporate finance department of brokerage firms where he was involved in restructuring of distressed companies, re-profiling of debt and broadening scope of financial services of domestic clients. Ali has a BA Accounting & Economics and MSc International Securities and Investment Banking from University of Reading, UK and is under process of attaining his LLB from University of London, Distance Learning Programme. He is also a Certified P3 Practitioner by APMG International.


CFO - Chief Financial Officer
Faisal has over 17 years of experience in service sector. His exposure includes working in various public sector / not-for-profit organizations, telecommunications, financial brokerage and information technology companies. He has a unique specialty of transforming various startups into the well-oiled machines. He has served at various C-level positions at different local and multinational organizations and had been instrumental in contributing towards their success. His last assignment was establishing and managing overall structure of finance department of Punjab Social Protection Authority, Government of Punjab in the capacity of CFO. He was also entrusted with additional responsibilities of Deputy CEO & Programme Director Khidmat Card for the last two years of his engagement. Mr. Muqeet is an ACMA by qualification from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan.
