Ali has nearly eight years of direct experience in infrastructure finance at the PPP Unit, Government of Sindh. Ali has experience in structuring and executing infrastructure projects as well as management and service contracts. Ali has had previous experience in equity markets research dealing with institutional, high net worth and international clients. He was also a fund manager and managed funds of AUM over PKR 100 million and also worked in corporate finance department of brokerage firms where he was involved in restructuring of distressed companies, re-profiling of debt and broadening scope of financial services of domestic clients. Ali has a BA Accounting & Economics and MSc International Securities and Investment Banking from University of Reading, UK and is under process of attaining his LLB from University of London, Distance Learning Programme. He is also a Certified P3 Practitioner by APMG International.




CFO & Company Secretary

The Public Private Partnership Support Facility (PSF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Riaz Ahmed, FCMA, M.Com, as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, effective June 15, 2026.

Mr. Ahmed is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (FCMA) and holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com). He brings with him more than eighteen years of extensive professional experience in accounts, finance, and corporate governance, having held key leadership positions in both finance and corporate secretarial functions across a diverse range of public and private sector organizations.

In his new role, Mr. Ahmed will provide strategic financial stewardship and strengthen corporate governance practices in line with PSF's mandate as a Public Sector Company operating under the Government of Sindh.
